Charles has over 10 years’ recruitment experience. His early career included roles at Christies auction house and an advertising agency before entering the retail and wholesale sector where he established and led a wholesale giftware business and opened a retail outlet on the Kings Road in London. He followed this with Sales and Marketing Director roles within the media and corporate giftware sectors. In 2000, Charles joined an innovative internet start-up offering web-based database solutions specifically designed for recruiters. He was later headhunted into one of the top career management organisations, based in the City. There he built up an extensive network of contacts in the headhunting community as well as a large number of senior executives across all sectors and disciplines.

In 2007 Charles established Network Search, a search and selection firm focusing on recruiting middle and senior leadership positions mainly within the Financial Services sector. Charles has brought this wealth of experience to Snowdon Tate where he leads our Financial Services capability across the UK and international arena. Charles is known for his openness and straightforward approach as well as his commitment and passion for client and candidate care.
