Our Approach

At Snowdon Tate we believe that effective recruitment can only be achieved where empathy exists between you and us. If we are to make a difference in the recruitment process we must first understand as much as possible about the context and culture within which the new leader will operate.

We do not blindly accept a recruitment brief but invest time in questioning the real purpose of the role and what would constitute "success" for that individual and their team at the close of their first twelve months in the role. The feedback which we receive is that this consultative stage enriches the recruitment process allowing space for clients to refine their original views and at the same time enabling us to gather important information and to offer an objective perspective. Ultimately it helps add speed to the process as all parties have a consistent understanding of the requirements. Your assignment will be handled by a Partner at Snowdon Tate whom you will meet and brief personally. Our Partners have operated previously at board level within major blue chip businesses and so can identify with industry issues and "hit the ground running".
