• We will agree a fixed fee with you for each assignment. We want you to know in advance what you will be paying.
• We will adhere to a time schedule agreed with you. We appreciate time is a major issue and will respect any constraints you have here.
• We will consult and communicate with you throughout the recruitment process. You will know what is happening at all times.
• We will tailor our service to meet your requirements. At the end of the day, your needs are paramount.
• We will work with honesty, transparency and integrity. We would not be happy working any other way.
• We will actively seek your feedback on our performance at the close of the assignment and at any time you wish to provide it. We will only improve with your help.
• We will undertake to continue to identify and attract candidates for the post for a further six month period if an appointment is not made from the initial shortlist
• If an appointment proves unsuccessful within the first six months we will repeat the assignment free of charge except for out of pocket expenses. We want you to be satisfied.
