Candidates are our lifeblood. Without you we can have no business. So you will find that at Snowdon Tate we recognise your importance and treat you as you should expect us to. Have high expectations of us and let us know how you have found us. We actively welcome your feedback on all aspects of our performance.

You should expect us to treat you with respect and courtesy. Our aim is to make a difference to the way you think about recruitment.
  • We will acknowledge every CV that we receive - you need to know that we have received your details.
  • All calls will be returned to you within a 48 hour period - we respect your right to hear from us promptly.
  • Where we are sanctioned by the client to supply a briefing pack we will do so to candidates upon request - recruitment is a two way process.
  • We will not pass your CV or details to any third party without your prior permission. We will not take up references without your prior permission - confidentiality is critical to us.
  • All interviews and meeting will be confirmed to you in writing - we want to minimise the chance of misunderstanding.
  • Feedback from all interviews will be supplied within 48 hours where possible or if client interview feedback is going to take longer we will let you know - we respect your right to information.
  • We will be receptive to all suggestions for improvement.
  • We will offer feedback on your interview style and CV format should you require it - we hope that this will be useful to you.
  • We will treat you with courtesy and respect at all times - as you should expect.
