Our areas of expertise

Energy & Environmental / Renewables

As the environmental imperative for change continues to grow so does this emerging part of our economy. There are plenty of growth opportunities in “green” business and the eco-pound has never held so much sway. Attracting and then developing talent into the leadership team when the future is not yet clear demands a partnership with a business which understands the sector, recognises transferable skills, knows about effective employer branding and doesn’t end the search process when everyone has signed on the dotted line. We have been committed to delivering results in the environmental sector for three years and have experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, renewables and waste management. .

Within the Energy and Renewables sectors our consultants have experience of working with a wide range of clients and across most functions, including senior technical roles and general management. This includes clients as diverse as RES, Shell, Converteam, SubSea7 and DHL Energy. We have extensive experience in working internationally, as part of a large project team, as well as on smaller projects. Our expertise lie in working at Director and senior management level across all functions, including Operations, Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environment, Development, Operational Support, General Management, Project, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, HR and IT.
